So we need to know where this came from, a quick google search about it will show us this article:

The article showing us that this was from Lenore (an old poem) and we can confirm that by some googling around about it, then it shows us how this line is remembered and was used later on in the Dracula novel:

Knowing that, we can make the flag from the first and second appearance to be:
